Palm Yard, Full Length, Craft Night

Recording for the PLMYRDFLLLNGTH has begun; we have live instrumentals done for half the songs, the other half will be laid down over the next two weeks; then cymbals, hi-hats, long electric guitar chords, strummy acoustic stuff, plucky nylon riffs, microkorg, piano, and glockenspiel. Oh and vocals I suppose.

The Palm Yard/Verrinnt split and Between a Rock cassingle are both available from The Internet or by emailing 1019records ATTTTTTT gmail DOTTTTT com.

SAS self titled release finished

SAS-SAS
I recorded this album over the past month for the RPM Challenge, which is an annual recording project where participants agree to record 10 tracks or 35 minutes of original music during the 28 days of February. They sum it up more clearly.

I'll post a link to the streaming copy of this album on the RPM site once they receive it, and I will be putting together a cassette version of this album hopefully around the same time.

On the taping of tapes to tapes with tape.

An inaugural catalog of tape releases is being assembled for 1019 records, including several noise pieces, re-releases of the 'anomie' albums that are not full of copyright infringement, a "no-name" release that will be full of remixes of santa cruz bands, and much more.

If you're interested in putting out a tape of your music, or recording a single for tape release, please contact me: 1019records AT gmail.com
